Introducing . . . Lunar Cycle Life, A Blog

I am so happy to be launching Lunar Cycle Life. It truly encompasses how I've been living my life over the past 2.5 years. I'm excited more than ever to share with you all.


Lunar Cycle Life is working in sync with our hormonal bodies. It means that we who menstruate can live our best life by giving ourselves grace when we don't have the energy to work out, don't feel our best, or want all the carbs. It means we accept being social in one phase of our cycle and accept staying home in the other. As women* we have phases like the moon. We do not show up the same each day, as our hormones change throughout the menstrual cycle. These hormones have a significant impact on mood, dietary needs, energy levels, and creativity levels. Accepting this ~29-day cycle, much like the lunar cycle, has significantly improved my life. I hope following this blog will do the same for you.


With this blog and subsequent name change, I hope to incorporate the following:

  • Yoga for Cycle Syncing

  • My Transition from PCOS to Better Hormonal Balance

  • Circadian Rhythm Tips and Tricks
